Andrey Rassiysky, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technical Officer
Andrey Rassiysky has 23 years of experience in telecoms and ITC. Over the years he has been responsible for the development of fixed & wireless networks, project management & implementation, development of new products & services, business development and transformation.
Mr. Rassiysky started his career as system engineer for R&D Institute of Bulgarian Army. Later he worked consecutively as IP & Product Manager, Network planning & Integration Manager, CTO and Deputy General Manager for different organizations. From 2004 to 2009 he worked as Director Network Architecture & Engineering at Bulgarian Telecommunications Company before joining Vestitel BG JSC as CTO and CEO for Bulgarian office. Between 2010-2013 he is a Chairman of the Greek office of Vestitel. He he has joined Max in 2013.
Andrey holds a MBA at the Spanish IE Business School, as well as Master’s degree of Computer Science at New Bulgarian University. He also hold a certificates from MIT Sloan School of Management, Cambridge and Cisco - CCIE.
Alfred Dietel, Chief Strategy Officer & Chief Information Officer
Alfred Dietel has more than 20 years of experience in Telecommunication, High technologies, Private Equity Investments, Mergers and Acquisitions and Executive Management. Mr. Dietel is responsible for Investor Relations, Strategy, overall Systems (CRM, Billing, Call Center, ERP, IT, etc.) and System Processes at Max.
Alfred Dietel started his career in Siemens AG, programming the broadband switch EWSX and then he developed a start-up diagnostics firm in Oncology. Lately Mr. Dietel joined the financial services industry by taking a senior investment role at Imperial Innovations, and then continued his rapid growth as a founding Principal at Pemberton Capital Advisors LLP.
Alfred holds an MBA from Manchester Business School and The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business (Booth) and Masters in Computer Science and Theoretical Medicine from Technical University of Munich (TUM).
Elena Georgieva, Chief Financial Officer
Elena Georgieva has 30 years of experience in the telecommunications and financial sectors having previously worked at Bulgarian Telecommunications Company (BTC) for 23 years occupying positions of Chief Financial Officer, Deputy CFO, Chief Director Corporate Policy and Finance Director.
Between 2008 and 2013 Mrs. Georgieva works for Geotechmin at the position Financial Analyst and Control. Since 2013 she has been working as a Deputy CEO of the start-up – Geofacilities EOOD.
Elena holds a PhD in "Economics of Telecommunications” and a Master's degree in "Economics of Labor" from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia. She has additional professional qualifications, as certified management accountant in Cima London and certified business manager in TÜV Academy Vienna.
Irina Tsenova, Chief Legal Counsel
Irina Tsenova has over 10 years` experience in both the legal and the regulatory aspects of telecommunication carriers.
Mrs. Tsenova began her career as an assistant and lately as associate in law firms, advising on the legal aspects for the development of enterprises in the field of infrastructure, power plants, site acquisition, construction, etc. From 2008 to 2009 she works in the corporate and state sectors as an “In-House Lawyer“ and as a Chief Expert. Between 2009-2011 she is a Senior In-House Counsel at “Trans Telecom”, providing legal consultancy for the company. She joined Max as a Chief Legal Counsel in 2011.
Irina holds a Master’s degree in Law from Sofia University „Saint Kliment Ohridski”.
Dobromira Marincheva, Chief Marketing Officer
Dobromira Marincheva has over 12 years’ experience in the telecom industry, working with business clients and managing sales teams, which she acquired at BTC and a leading telecom operator in USA.
Dobromira has graduated from Randolph College, USA, specializing in Economics and International Sciences. She began her professional career in the USA in 2003 as assistant manager of a marketing company branch. When she returned to Bulgaria, she started working at BTC and for a period of 10 years, she went through different positions at the company- product manager, key account specialist, director of business sales. From 2009 to 2015, Dobromira expands the team of Corporate Sales Department – Strategic clients at Vivacom, being responsible for the execution of full-scale telecom solutions and individual projects for major clients.
Dobromira holds a number of additional qualifications in the field of management and leadership, management of people and processes, trade negotiations and presentation skills.
Aleksandar Vasilev, “Business Markets and Wholesale Partners” Director
Aleksandar Vasilev has over 10 years’ experience in the telecom industry.
A large part of his career is associated with Vivacom, where he was in charge of different departments, related to business sales and financial processes. From 2011 to 2015, he was responsible for strategic clients in the banking sphere, insurance and finances.
Aleksandar Vasilev holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunications management from New Bulgarian University. He also has additional qualifications in business communications management, leadership and sales.
Elena Cholakova, Customer Care Director
Elena Cholakova is experienced professional in the fields of Customer Service and Business Sales. She has more than 11 years’ experience working for various local and international companies.
From 2004 to 2007 she worked at Bulgarian Telecommunications Company as supervisor and project manager for International Contact Centers, as well as a Key Account manager in the Government sector. Between 2008 and 2009 she is Head of Commercial Contact Center department and then Head of Corporate Sales Division at CJSC Armentel, brand Beeline, Vimpelcom Group. Her career continues in Bulgaria at Lev Ins before going back abroad at Inventive Consult Ltd. working for the Telecommunications Company of Iran. During the period of two years (2012-2014) she worked as Customer Care Director there before moving to Max.
Elena has Master` degree from Sofia University St Kliment Ochridsky in Public Relations.
Daniela Nicheva, Consumer Markets & Dealers Director
Daniela Nicheva has 20 years of experience in sales working for companies in the sectors telecommunications, electronics, IT.
She began her telco sector career in Mobikom in 1999. Since 2004, for a period of 5 years, Daniela has been working at BTC on different positions – from Manager BTC Centers and Shops to Senior Manager Strategic Accounts. She is appointed as Business Manager National Whole Sales at the telecommunications company Neterra and afterwards, since 2012 – as Business Development Manager Cloud Services at the IT service provider DGM. Before Daniela joins Max she has been Manager B2B Mobile at Samsung Electronics Bulgaria for 2 years.
Daniela Nicheva holds master degrees in Economics and in Engineering from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy in Sofia and a Professional Certificate in Management from the Open University Business School program in New Bulgarian University.
Milena Kitanova, Human Resources Director
Mrs. Milena Kitanova is a HR professional with over 10 years of experience in the field.
Milena Kitanova grew in her career in Sigma Capital Holding – a Luxembourg based investment company and leading developer of hospitality real estate on the Bulgarian Black Sea, managing over than 3000 hotel rooms on the Black Sea coast or more than 35% of the international branded hotels. Mrs. Kitanova was responsible for providing effective and supportive line supervision to the HR teams in all the Bulgarian hotels, owned by the holding, incl. monitoring the legal duties and responsibilities performance in the hotel properties in the HR area.
Since 2008 as Director of Human Resources and Administration at Max Milena Kitanova participates in the development and carrying out the whole company policy regarding the personnel, incl. preparing and implementation of organizational, methodological and instructive practices and procedures in the sphere of activity of Human Resources and Administration support.
Milena Kitanova graduated in Business Administration from Sofia University St. Kliment Ochridsky and has a Masters degree in Strategic Management.
